Signed Documents Report

Is there a report that shows which documents have been signed by employees?

Purpose: To show you what reporting options are available with e-signature documents. We understand it is hard to keep track of documentation that has been signed or yet to be signed by employees. We make it easy for you with the Signed Documents report, where you can view documents that still need to be signed and send reminders to employees. This guide will explain more about the Signed Documents report to help you understand what features are available.

Access the Signed Documents report

To access the Signed Documents report, go to the Reports tab and click Signed Documents in the left sidebar.

The report shows a list of all documents sent for signatures. Additionally, you can view a document's number of completed and pending signatures and the document's sent date. Click on a specific document to see further details (see below).

Specific Document Details

When you select a specific document, you can see a list of the employees who received a signature request and others who need to sign the document. Under a specific request, you can see its status (Status), request date (Requested), signature date (Signed), and requester (Requested by). You can also do the following actions from this view:

  1. Request additional signatures for the selected document.
  2. The More menu gives you access to print the report, cancel all pending signature requests, or send a reminder for all pending signature requests.
  3. Click on the bell icon to send a reminder to a specific employee.
  4. Cancel a pending signature request for a specific employee.

Please note that you cannot share the Signed Documents report. If an employee has access to request signatures through their custom access level, they will have access to this report. However, they can only see the templates that other users have shared with them through the Files tab or specific folders in an access level.

What are the status options?
  1. Sent: The request has been sent, but the receiver has not yet opened the document.
  2. Waiting: You will only see this status on a document requiring more than one signer. The next signer in line will show as Waiting until the previous signer has signed.
  3. Viewed: The signer has opened the document but has not yet confirmed their signature.
  4. Completed: The signer has signed all required fields and confirmed their signature.
