Timesheet Entries Report
Is there a way to view all of my employees' timesheet entries?
Purpose: Timesheet visibility is an important part of keeping track of employees. The Timesheet Entries report allows you to spot anomalies, view all employees clocked in at any given point, and quickly access time entries for a chosen time frame.

This report is automatically available to the Account Owner and Full Admin users. They will be able to see all active employees who have ever had Time Tracking enabled. Additionally, they can share this report with custom access level users. However, these users can only see employees they have access to (able to view their timesheets) in the report.
The Timesheet Entries report gives you a snapshot view of your employees during the specified date range, including several other options that allow you to get the information you need to report. You can now export this report to see detailed notes.
This report allows you to view timesheets not only by pay period but day, week, or month.
- Date Range: Select the date range you would like to pull in the total employee hours.
- Filter: The report will allow you to filter by the standard filters in BambooHR - Department, Division, Employment Status, Job Title, and Location.
- Previously Enrolled Employees: Check this box to include data about employees who were previously enabled in time tracking.
- PTO/Time Off Hours: PTO/Time Off indicator.
- Holiday Hours: Easily identifies a company holiday.
- Details: Details for daily time entries like start and stop times, total hours, projects, tasks, and notes.
- Clocked In: Indicates employees who are clocked in. Additionally, you can check the box to show only clocked-in employees. This action will ignore date range filters but still respect other selected filters.
- Geolocation: If you have geolocation turned on in Time Tracking Settings and the employee clocked in/out with the mobile app, you will see the map icon next to the time entry. Clicking on the map icon will show you the location details of the time entry.
- Share: Share with custom access level users that currently have access to employee timesheets.
- Export: Export the details of this report to Excel or CSV. Export results will respect filters and any other options selected.
Terminated employees will not show in this report. If you need to see time worked for an employee who has been terminated, please review the Approved Hours report. Additionally, you can see approved hours worked in the Audit Trail report.
