Time Off Schedule Report

Is there a report that shows the current time off schedule?

Purpose: To help you understand the Time Off Schedule report and its information with details of each request for all employees.


Time Off Schedule

To view time off schedule information for your employees, go to Reports > Standard Reports > Time Off > Time Off Schedule.

  1. Timeframe: View the Time Off Schedule report by Week, 2 Weeks, or Month. Click on each button to switch between views.
  2. Future and past requests: Click on the arrows to scroll through the calendar to see future or past requests.
  3. Filter: Use the pull-down menu to choose a status filter for requests: All, Approved, or Requested.
  4. Time off categories: The color of a time off request in the calendar indicates the time off category. Notice if the time off request is in gray, it is still in the requested state and not yet approved.
  5. Details: Additional information about each request shows at the bottom of the report. This information includes the date range, status, time off category, amount, and notes.
  6. Status column: Click on a status to make any updates to the time off request.

If you export this report, the Employee # will be included in the export.

Account Owners and Full Admin users will automatically have access to all reports in the account. See a full list of BambooHR's standard reports here.

Custom access level users will have access to the report via Home if the Who's Out widget is enabled in their access level settings. They will be able to view who are out of the office. However, they can only view what time off categories are being used if they have access to see time off categories for other employees.

Managers will be able to view this report from Home if given access to view their direct reports' time off information and if the Who's Out widget is enabled in their access level settings.
