Purpose: To help you understand the Last Pay Change report and the data gathered to compile this report. This report lists the most recent pay change for each employee. 

1. Filter the report with the standard filters in BambooHR.
2. The report shows all employees that match the selected filter, even if they have not had a pay change.
3. The report only shows the most recent pay change, not the entire compensation history.

Data pulls directly from the Compensation table located on the Job tab.
