Pay Info Tab Missing Data Report

Can I run a report on missing data on the Pay Info tab in BambooHR?

Purpose: To show you how to use the Pay Info Tab Missing Data report to ensure your employees' data syncs for a successful payroll run.

This report is automatically available to Full Admin users and Payroll Admin users. Additionally, they can share this report with a custom access level user who has access to the information in this report.

Pay Info Tab Missing Data

Go to the Standard Reports folder on the Reports tab and select Pay Info Tab Missing Data under the Payroll section. This report shows any employees who have missing data in one of the following areas on the Pay Info tab:

Click on an employee's name to view their Pay Info tab to correct missing data flagged on any of those three tabs. A checkmark shows when any employee has data in one of these areas. Once an employee has data in all three areas, they no longer show in this report. The report refreshes the list every time a user navigates back to it.

If there are no employees who have missing data, you will see a blank slate of this report like the one shown above.
