Direct Deposit Report
Can I run a report on direct deposit details in BambooHR?
Purpose: This report shows your employees' direct deposit details for you to ensure accurate information before running payroll.
This report is automatically available to Full Admin users and Payroll Admin users. Additionally, they can share this report with a custom access level user who has access to the information in this report.
Direct Deposit
Go to the Standard Reports folder on the Reports tab and select Direct Deposit under the Payroll section. This report shows the following direct deposit information for all employees:
- Employee #
- Employee name
- Account Type
- Account Number (Last four digits only)
- Routing Number
- Deposit Order
- Deposit Amount
- Bank Name
If an employee has direct deposit information set up and receives a paper check for their remaining balance, a row will indicate that they are receiving a paper check. Employees who are solely receiving paper checks do not show in this report.
Clicking on an employee's name will take you to the employee's Pay Info tab with the Direct Deposit tab open where you can update the information. This report automatically sorts by employee name.
This report is downloadable in a PDF, Excel, or CSV format.
If there are no employees with direct deposit information, you will see a blank slate of the report like the one shown above.
