AskBambooHR

AskBambooHR is our in-product AI assistant designed to answer your specific questions. It uses two sources of information:

  • Your uploaded documents: It can reference your company's own resources, such as benefits guides, to answer questions about things like health coverage or vacation policies.
  • Our help center: It can also answer questions about how to use the product, just like Sidekick. However, only Account Owners and Full Admin users can access help center content through AskBambooHR.

This dual functionality makes AskBambooHR a powerful tool for getting quick, contextual answers right inside your account. To learn more about setting up AskBambooHR in your account, click here.

BambooHR Sidekick

Need a quick answer? Our Sidekick AI Chatbot is available 24/7. It uses information from our help center to answer common questions instantly. If Sidekick can't find the answer you need, you can ask it to create a ticket to route you to our Support Team for more personalized assistance. Sidekick offers support for general and payroll questions and is available for Account Owners, Full Admin users, and custom access level users. To start a chat, click the ? icon in your account, then select Chat With Us.

If the Sidekick Chatbot has not fully answered your question, or you need more help troubleshooting, our Support Heroes are ready to help! You can submit a ticket through the Sidekick Chatbot, through the resource center menu in your account, or directly through our help center by clicking Contact Support at the bottom of the help center homepage.

BambooHR Expansion Team

Our Expansion team aims to help you determine which package and add ons are the best fit for your company needs. There are some circumstances where the Account Owner can use our self-service upgrade option, without going through expansion. However, if you are not the account owner, or you do not meet our self-service criteria, you can reach our expansion team by contacting Support or through the Manage Subscription page in your account. BambooHR Success Team

Our Success Team conducts account reviews to determine if you are using your BambooHR package to its fullest potential. Six months after you have enabled BambooHR, our experts will contact you to set up an account review meeting to evaluate your goals and ensure you're leveraging the right features to meet them. They will also provide best practices and strategic guidance to help you maximize your success. You are eligible for these meetings twice a year, so we recommend working with our Support team for your day-to-day needs, and contacting the BambooHR Services team if you need to purchase additional training.

Our BambooHR Services team provides expert support to help your business with a variety of HR challenges and to support strategic initiatives. The services are categorized into four main areas:

  • Training Services: Expert-led, customized training to help employees and managers get the most out of BambooHR.
  • HR Consulting Services: Tailored solutions and expert guidance to get your strategic HR initiatives on track.
  • Data Integrity Services: Assistance with importing, exporting, and managing data to ensure accuracy and save you time.
  • Payroll Reporting Services: New or updated reports, including General Ledger and Custom File Feed Reports, to meet specific needs like managing contribution data for 401(k), HSA, FSA, and Workers' Compensation.
