What browsers does BambooHR support?
Purpose: We want you to have the best experience when using BambooHR. This help guide will tell you which browsers you should use to log in to BambooHR. This help guide also tells you which browsers TRAXPayroll supports.
We pride ourselves on providing a simple, beautiful, and intuitive user experience. Doing so takes more effort, but it is worth it for us, and our customers rave about it.
We are also careful not to chase new shiny technology. We build upon technology that is both modern and proven. Some older browsers cannot support modern technology that helps our product's stability in releasing features faster and maintaining a level of security that is essential for the data with which we work.
Fully supported browsers

We do not support any other browser.
As of June 30, 2020, BambooHR no longer offers support for Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer 11 is an outdated browser that Microsoft no longer updates. As a result, it will not allow some of the latest features and improved functionality in BambooHR to work accurately. BambooHR has joined a growing number of leading companies that are discontinuing support for Internet Explorer 11.
For customers using IE11, we suggest downloading and using one of the latest versions of the fully supported browsers listed above for optimal use of BambooHR and many other websites.
TRAXPayroll regularly monitors and tests browsers to ensure the highest security standards for our customers. Browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome may be automatically updated to the latest browser version compatible with your operating system. If you are using the latest release of your browser, please be aware that there may be a delay in our support of the new browser release while we conduct a review to ensure it meets our security standards. We recommend that you download and install a supported browser until the new version is officially supported.

If the browser is not up to date, your experience may not be optimal or you may not be able to use auto-update tools on TRAXPayroll. Additionally, we recommend that you enable JavaScript.

Note: To provide our customers the most effective and secure online access to their accounts, we are continually upgrading our online services. As we add new features and enhancements to our service, older browser versions or internet devices may not support these new standards.
