How to manage candidates emails on BambooHR Hiring mobile app?
Purpose: BambooHR Hiring gives you access to quickly review and manage your candidates to make your hiring process faster. This guide will show you how to communicate with candidates within the app through the Emails tab. You can also use email templates and view attachments.

The Emails tab
The Emails tab shows a list of emails that have been sent to and received by the specific candidate. Tap on an email to view details. Also, you can create a new email to send to the candidate from the bottom of the screen.
Details of an email
Tap on the reply icon in the top right corner to send a reply to the candidate. If an email has an attachment, tap on it to view (as long as it is a supported file). If you want to remove the attachment, tap on the garbage can icon.
Create a new email
When you tap to create a new email, you will see an option to select an email template. If you would like to use a template, tap the desired template, and it will automatically populate in your email. If the template contains file attachments, they will be sent with your email, but new attachments cannot be uploaded.
If you do not need a template, add a subject and compose your email.
Tap the Emails button and you will see your sent email on the candidate's Emails tab.
Schedule an email
Anyone with access to email a candidate can choose to schedule the email for a future time. When you go to send an email, you will see the Send Now and Send Later options.
When you select Send Later, you can choose a future date and time frame.
You can choose a time frame for today’s date as long as it is in the future. The time options are simplified to a general time frame in the future.
There is a one-hour buffer before the next time frame. For example, if it is 3:59 PM, you can schedule an email to be sent the same day during Evening (5:00 PM). However, if it is 4:01 PM when you start scheduling the email, the earliest available time frame would be tomorrow morning.
If you have any scheduled emails for a candidate, you can see the the details under the Scheduled tab. If the email has yet to be sent, you can cancel, edit, or send it by tapping on the scheduled email and selecting the applicable option.
Although you cannot schedule emails in bulk on mobile, you can reschedule, send, or cancel a group email by going to one of the candidates in that group email, tapping on the scheduled email on their Emails tab, and choosing one of those actions.
Please note that emails that are scheduled to be sent will go out regardless of what happens to the candidate or job opening.
