Job Opening Candidate List

How do I view all candidates in a specific job opening?

Purpose: To show you how to view all candidates in a specific job opening using the candidate overview page.


View a job opening

Navigate the Job Openings tab under Hiring to click on a job opening. On this page, you can view the following information for each job opening: the number of candidates, the hiring lead, the date it was first created, and its current status.

Candidate overview

View the job opening link and share it via social media.  5. Quickly view how many candidates you have in each status in your job pipeline, or click on a specific status to see only those candidates. To see all candidates again, click More > All on the right.  6. View candidate overview table.

The overview page for a job opening allows you to:

  1. View and edit information of the job opening
  2. Share the job opening with other users, allowing them to collaborate during the hiring process.
  3. View the Candidate Sources report, the Candidate Funnel report, or export the job data. See below to learn more about what information includes in the export.
  4. View the job opening link and share it via social media.
  5. Quickly view how many candidates you have in each status in your job pipeline, or click on a specific status to see only those candidates. To see all candidates again, click More > All on the right.
  6. View candidate overview table.

Within the candidate overview table, you can complete the following actions for a candidate:

  • Click on the desired number of stars to rate the candidate.
  • Click on the current status to change it.
  • Click the three dots to the right that show upon hover to review their resume, add a comment, or send them an email
