Time Off and company holidays overview
To better communicate the value of time off and company holidays in employees' total compensation packages, you can pull both into employees' Total Rewards statements. Although there is not a monetary value added to time off and holidays, it does show the annual accumulation based on company settings.
Time Off
If your company has Time Off set up, the Time Off will show at the bottom of the Total Rewards statement, and will show the Time Off policies to which the employee is enrolled.
Company holidays
If your company has company holidays set up, the holidays will show at the bottom of the Total Rewards statement.
