Employee Satisfaction Email Notifications

What email notifications send with Employee Satisfaction?

Purpose: Your employees receive automatic email notifications for Employee Satisfaction. This help guide will show you an example of each email notification for Employee Satisfaction.  


All active employees, regardless of their access level settings, will receive the Employee Satisfaction automatic emails.


Introduction email

Employees will receive the Employee Satisfaction introduction email at 8 AM (company's timezone) on the selected date in Employee Satisfaction settings. You can customize the email when you enable Employee Satisfaction. The email automatically includes Important info about the survey, and you cannot customize it.


The survey

Employees will receive the survey email notification at 8 AM (company's timezone) on the next business day after the selected date in Employee Satisfaction settings. Employees will choose a score and arrive at a screen where they can provide feedback regarding their score. Employees have six business days to complete the survey.

Additionally, employees who have not completed the survey will receive a reminder email notification one day before the end of the six-day completion period. 

Employees will also see a notification with a link in the What's Happening widget to fill out the survey.


Reminder email

Employee Satisfaction can automatically run quarterly or every six months, depending on your settings. The Full Admin user(s) will receive an email at 8 AM (company's timezone) two weeks before the next Employee Satisfaction survey cycle. Clicking Go to eNPS Setup will take you to Settings, where you can confirm the date when the introduction email will get sent to employees.
