Complete the Self Assessment as an Employee
How do I complete a self assessment?

Self assessment
Access settings for self and manager assessments: Once you submit your self assessment, the manager will be able to view your responses as long as they have completed their manager assessment. You will also be able to view the manager assessment if completed.
Thirty days before a review cycle ends, you will receive an email notification to complete a self assessment. To access the assessment, you can either click Complete Assessment in the email notification or go to your employee profile and click Performance > Assessments.
If you need to complete the assessment at another time, you can click Save & Finish Later. The system will then save your progress in its current state, and you can pick up where you left off during the review cycle.
If you are in the middle of the self assessment but remain inactive in your account for more than 30 minutes, the system will autosave your progress. This helps prevent you from losing your progress when the system automatically logs you out of your account after 30 minutes of inactivity. You will just need to enter your password to log back in and continue the assessment.

*If selecting Other, a text box will appear and requires you to add additional information before submitting the self assessment. The text box has a limit of 100 characters.
When you are ready to submit your assessment, click Submit. A confirmation modal will appear. Please keep in mind that once you click Submit Assessment, you will not be able to make any changes to the assessment.
If you need to make make changes to your assessment, a Full Admin user has the option to unlock the assessment for you.
Your manager will receive an email notification letting them know you have completed the self assessment. If the manager has not completed the manager assessment yet, the email will include a link for them to log in and complete it.
Reviewing past assessments
You can review your past assessments by changing the date range on the Assessments subtab of your employee profile.
If you have access granted to add files to your self assessment, any file attachment(s) added will appear within the applicable assessment on the Assessments subtab.
