What is the employee's experience like with Employee Wellbeing?
Purpose: This guide will show you the Employee Wellbeing experience from the employee perspective.
Email notification
At 8:00 a.m. company timezone on the date your admins have selected, you will receive an email with the Employee Wellbeing survey. Clicking Answer 4 Quick Questions will pull up a separate tab where you can answer four pre-selected questions.
Employee Wellbeing in BambooHR is entirely anonymous, which helps you feel free to provide honest feedback that can help your company gain real insight into how their employees are feeling. To ensure anonymity, we take the following steps:
- All employees in BambooHR have an assigned Employee #. We give a random number to an Employee # and tie your employee demographic information along with it. (The user is not anonymous at this stage.)
- We send you the Employee Wellbeing email survey. When you click to complete the survey, it takes you to a separate URL, which deletes the Employee # and random number* from the database. Your demographic information only ties to your response.
*This information will not remain in our database, and we cannot look up who sent which responses.
Heads up! If you sign your name (or use any other information that clearly distinguishes you), the survey is no longer anonymous!

For each question in the survey you'll be able to select your response based on the scale seen above. You will also have a free text box for each question where you can add any additional comments.
Once you complete all four questions, you will see the message above.
