How does Primalogik integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what you can use Primalogik for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.

Primalogik is an online, easy-to-use, flexible and affordable performance management solution that allows you to combine the different modules in the application to build a process that fits your needs. Modules include goal tracking, 360-degree feedback, performance appraisals, instant feedback and recognition, employee satisfaction/engagement surveys, employee directory, and everything conveniently integrated into one tool.

A Full Admin user in BambooHR with administrator privileges in Primalogik must configure the integration.
Log in to Primalogik 360. Navigate to the administration menu in the top right corner and select Manage Account.
Enter your BambooHR subdomain* and click Save.
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL, so if your URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com, your company name would be helpcontent.
You will arrive at your BambooHR login page. Enter your email address and password to log in.
After logging in to BambooHR, you will then be redirected to Primalogik 360, where you will see the information above.
Copy the information in the Link URL field to use in a future step for single sign-on.
Click Save.
If the integration did not sync as expected or caused an error message to appear during the setup process, please contact Primalogik support.
Add a new company link titled Primalogik 360 and paste the link URL you have copied from Primalogik 360 during the setup. Click Save.
The link will now appear in the Links widget on Home for your employees to sign in to Primalogik 360 from BambooHR.
Automatically sync users
If you would like to import and update users automatically, you will need to check that option next to "Synchronisation." The first time you configure the integration to automatically import/update users, it will start a background task trying to import all active users from BambooHR. For this process to work, there must be enough room in your Primalogik subscription to import all the users who exist in BambooHR. If it is not the case, a warning message will display on the Integration settings page, inviting you to upgrade your subscription.
After the initial importation of users, the automatic synchronization will run every 15 minutes. It retrieves and synchronizes only the users who have changed in BambooHR. If there is a problem with the API credentials or the number of users reaches its limit for the current subscription, Primalogik administrators will receive an email notification.
Manually sync users
With the integration configured, it will be in a manual mode by default. In this mode, users are not automatically imported and updated from BambooHR. Instead, it is up to the administrator to decide when to trigger the import and which users to import. You can use this mode if you only want to import a subset of the users you have in BambooHR (for example, testing the integration with a few users only).
To import users manually, click Import now at the bottom of the Integration page and next to "Manually import/update users from BambooHR."
Select the users you would like to import to Primalogik and then click Import Selected Users.
