Purpose: Customer service is one of our top priorities here at BambooHR. We are committed to providing you with the tools you need to be successful. Our Help Center contains helpful guides and tips and tricks to help you make the most of your BambooHR account. This guide will show you how to find the answers you are looking for and what to do if you need to contact a support hero for further assistance. One of our priorities is to set you free to do great work!





BambooHR features

Below the most popular topics, you will find help guides about setting up access levels to creating reports and many more topics. 

  1. Once you dive in, notice the Table of Contents section in each help guide. You can click on a linked subheading to go directly to its specific section. 
  2. Click on the plus icon to quickly expand each subheading throughout the help guide. This will show you all content under all subheadings. To collapse sections to view only the subheadings, click on the minus icon. You will then be able to click on any subheading of your choice to view all of its content.
  3. Each help guide also has the Related Articles section, which includes other help guides related to the topic you are currently researching. Related articles make it easier for you to find more information as you quickly become a BambooHR expert.

You can watch recorded webinars and find the best tips to make the most of your BambooHR account, or you can register for upcoming live webinars.


Watch and Learn videos

If you are a visual learner, check out the Watch and Learn section, where you can find videos about each feature in BambooHR. Our Hints & Tips videos will guide you through specific things like posting jobs on social media, enabling employee access, and much more!


Product updates

Stay in the loop with the latest product updates and releases. You can even filter the releases by product area so you can see everything we have recently added to a specific feature in BambooHR.


Support heroes

If you need additional assistance, please be sure to reach out to one of our fantastic support heroes. They are available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM (MST). They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

There are a few ways to reach one of our support heroes: email, phone, or live chat! Click the link below to download a quick guide on all of our support resources.

BambooHR

You can submit a support request through the help (question mark) icon in your BambooHR account. Click on the icon and select Submit a Support Request.

Help Center

If you are in the Help Center, you will have two options for contacting Support.

  1. Click Contact Support in the top right corner or at the bottom of the Help Center. Fill out the form about your request and click Submit
  2. Call Support at the phone number listed at the bottom of the Help Center.

Chat

We offer live chat with one of our fabulous support heroes for our Advantage, Core, and Pro customers.

In the Help Center, you will see the option to chat with us in the lower right corner of the screen. This option will appear when there is an agent available to chat. Click Chat with an Expert, enter your name and email to assist us, and then one of our friendly and helpful support heroes will greet you.

You can also find the chat option in your BambooHR account. Click on the help icon and then select Chat with us Now.


BambooHR® Learning courses

We also have BambooHR® Learning courses designed for Full Admin users and Account Owners. These courses will guide you through features in BambooHR from the initial setup to becoming an expert. You can access BambooHR® Learning through the help icon in your BambooHR account.
