How can managers review assessments with their employees?
Purpose: To help you understand how managers can review assessments with their employees while keeping the first two sensitive questions private.

After completing an assessment, the manager should sit down with their employee and talk about it. BambooHR makes this easy by having the Employee View option for answered questions, which allows a manager to show their screen but not the first two sensitive questions on the manager side of the assessment.
This option allows the manager to view the sensitive questions but hides them by default when screen sharing with their employee during their review.
The employee's view
To show the first two questions, select Employee View.
The manager's view
To show the first two questions, de-select Employee View.
