BambooHR Terms and Policies

What are the terms and policies of BambooHR?
Purpose: To explain BambooHR's contracting philosophy and the terms of service that govern your agreement.
Month-to-month subscription
BambooHR operates on a month-to-month subscription model, allowing you the flexibility of no long-term contracts. We believe in earning your business each month, providing you with the freedom to continue using our services without being tied to extended commitments.
Invoice terms
As part of our month-to-month model, BambooHR does not use net 30 terms. Invoices are due upon receipt to ensure a straightforward and transparent billing process. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a 22-day grace period to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. This aligns with our commitment to providing flexible and reliable service.
Agreement and acceptance of our terms
Our Terms of Service outline the agreement between your organization and BambooHR, which you accepted upon signing up. We maintain a standard Terms of Service to facilitate the growth and scalability of our business. As such, we do not negotiate or accept redlines to these terms, and we expect all customers to accept our standard online version.
By using a standard Terms of Service, we can focus on delivering and supporting a great product without the need to negotiate unique contractual arrangements with each customer. This model offers several benefits:
- Flexibility: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Volume Discounting: We automatically apply volume discounts to your account as you add more employees to the service.
For more insights into our approach, you are welcome to view our Contracting Philosophy, as explained by our CFO and Legal team. This philosophy underpins our commitment to providing a consistent and efficient service experience for all our customers.
