New Payroll Admin Access Level (7/29/2019)

Do you have employees that need access to payroll related functions in BambooHR, but you don’t want to give them Full Admin access? We totally get it! That’s why we added a brand new access level called Payroll Admin.

The Payroll Admin access level comes with a pre-set list of payroll-related functions in BambooHR that a user can access and edit. This gives them just the right level of access so they can help manage and review payroll functions for your company. The following is a list of what a Payroll Admin can access:

  • Payroll Settings
  • Pay Groups
  • Personal Tab
  • Job Tab
  • Pay Info Tab
  • Benefits
  • TRAX Report
  • Benefits Reports
  • Time off Used Report
  • Additions and Terminations Report
  • Payroll Deductions Summary Report
  • Login into TRAXPayroll as an Admin

They get access to a few more things if you are a BambooHR Time Tracking customer.
