What Data is Included in Autosync?

Purpose: This guide will list out all of the information that is included with the Autosync between TRAXPayroll and BambooHR.

Before starting a new payroll run, Autosync will automatically take place for certain information in BambooHR to sync with TRAXPayroll. This sync will only pull data for the employees being paid in the pay schedule you are running payroll for.  Below you will find a list of the tabs and fields that will sync when Autosync runs.

Company Autosync
  1. Company Location:
    1. Location ID
    2. Location Name
    3. Address Street 1
    4. Address Street 2
    5. City

  2. Company Employment Status:
    1. Employment Status ID
    2. Employment Status Name
    3. Employment Status ACA Values
  3. Company Departments:

  4. Company Divisions:

  5. Company Deductions: Once there is an enrollment record on a plan or an employee deduction for a non-benefit deduction type:
    1. Plan Name
      1. For non-roll-up plans only 
      2. The first roll-up plan creates a company deduction with a generic name that all others of that type will use
    2. Plan Starts
    3. Plan Ends
    4. Deduction Type (uses Payroll Deduction, Plan Type, Reportable on W-2)
  6. Company Time Off:
    1. Active Time Off Types that are set to sync with Payroll.
