Audit Trail Report

Purpose: The Audit Trail helps you track what changes are being made in your account. This help guide will teach you how to utilize this report. 

This feature must be activated for your company by the TRAXPayroll team.

Audit Trail

Changes made to data in TRAXPayroll can be logged and shown to payroll admins.

This report automatically shows you the change history in reverse chronological order. Click on the Search bar to expand your search options.

  1. Enter a date range.
  2. Select All or a specific user.
  3. Choose the Action, such as All, Deleted, Edited, and Logged In.
