No, the PTO accrual system is part of TRAXPayroll’s base fees and is included at no additional cost.
Yes, you can create multiple accrual templates where accruals can be set by hours worked or per pay cycle. Through multiple templates, employees can also receive PTO increases that are designed to increase PTO accruals based on the number of years an employee has worked.
Yes, TRAXPayroll can be used on any mobile device with a web browser.
Our integrated time tracking system does have the ability to have employees clock in and out to different jobs. You can also define the "job" any way you need, such as by department, location, project, client, or position. Each "job" can be tied back to the employee’s wage and have a different hourly rate associated with it. Each job can also have a different general ledger code so that you can book your payroll back to a general ledger within Quickbooks, Intuit, Sage, or any other accounting system.
Currently, we can only lock down the employee’s access to the time tracking system by a specific IP address or range. We do not have any geo-tracking or radius-tracking features.
