What are the Employee Community Feeds?
Purpose: To help you understand the different feeds in the Employee Community.

Company Feed
The Company Feed page shows all posts published within the company. It is the landing page upon entering the Employee Community and is an immediate connection to the latest updates at the company level.
Personal Feed
The Personal Feed page shows all posts published within the groups an employee is a part of. This feed includes both the required and public groups, as well as audiences of which the employee is a member.
Group Feed
The Group Feed page shows all posts shared within a particular group. This feed allows employees to quickly access updates specific to that group, as well as the corresponding group topics and group members.
Feed views
You can choose the view for your feeds from the following options:
Arrangement options
- Newest: Posts are organized based on publication date, showing the most recent entries at the top of the feed.
- Popularity: Posts are sorted by the level of engagement, highlighting those with the highest views, likes, and comments as the primary content.
- Activity: Posts that have been recently published, edited, or commented on, with the most recent interactions, appear first.
Display preferences
- Compact view: Posts are presented with smaller text, enabling more content to fit on the screen simultaneously.
- Normal view: Posts are displayed with comfortably sized text and complete details for easy reading.
- Visual view: Posts incorporate preview images to provide a visual context alongside the textual content.
