Deleting a signature template does not automatically cancel all pending signatures for that document. You will need to cancel those requests from within the report.
How do I bypass a signer?
To bypass a signer from the Signed Documents report, select the document, hover your cursor over the line with the signer you would like to bypass, and then click on the double arrow button.

You will then see a confirmation modal. Click Yes, Skip Request to confirm the skip. Their status will then show as "Skipped."
Note that only the Account Owner or full admin users can skip a signer, and each skip will need to be done individually. There is no way to skip signers in bulk.
The certification page for your document will display bypassed signers and the admin who bypassed the signatures.

Each signer receives an email notification when it is their turn to sign. If a signer is skipped and opens the request, they will see the notice above letting them know their signature is no longer needed.
