Time Off Request Comments

How do I view or add comments on a time off request?

Purpose: To help you understand where you can go to add comments to time off requests.


View or add a comment from the Time Off tab

Any requests with comments will show a blue See Comments link, which users can click on to view and/or add any comments tied to that request.

To view comments regarding an employee's time off request, navigate to their Time Off tab. On this tab, you will find the History table, which includes the Requests subtable showing a number of comments for each time off request.

Click See Comments to view any comments made on the request.

When viewing comments for a time off request, you can add a comment by clicking + Add Comment.

Once you have added a comment, all other commenters in the conversation will receive an email notification about the new comment.

Add a comment from the inbox

You can add any additional comments by clicking inside the Add a comment... box. To upload attachments, click on the paper clip icon.
